Return & Exchange Policy
Follow our measuring instructions carefully, refer to our size chart and being careful to order the correct size and color should reduce the need for returning merchandise.
Please examine your order when it arrives and make sure all the correct items are in the box. Email us if you notice the packing slip or items are not what you ordered.
Do not open and try on items unless they are the right size and color and you intend to keep them. Email us before you send back your items.
All authorized returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional shipping costs that will be incurred. These fees will be applied to your credit card or we will issue you an invoice to be paid my check depending on your original method of payment. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.
Costumes can only be returned if faulty or wrong size, for exchange or store credit. We cannot accept returns of costumes after Halloween.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or if there was an error in processing your order.
If you want to return merchandise, you must send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can respond with a return/exchange authorization code and the return address. After 3 days you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Your email should include:
1) Your last name
2) The date of your order
3) The order number (top right of your invoice)
4) Item SKU numbers (from invoice)
5) Whether you want to return or exchange and why.
We will send you a return authorization code: We must receive the item within 10 business days after we send the RMA number. Items are not returnable after 14 days.
When you return the items to us please include a copy of the receipt and use a shipping method with a tracking number such as UPS or Priority Mail. If your item gets lost in the mail, you won't get your refund/exchange/credit!
Certain items can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original, sealed packaging with all tags attached: Thongs, panties, teddies, bikini bottoms, full swimsuits, and outfits with matching panties. In other words, any item of clothing that touches the crotch. This is the law. Wigs, hair extensions, hats, hosiery and body jewelry must also be in original, sealed packaging with tags still attached.
There are no returns on jewelry, hats, bags, purses and other accessories.
ANY clothing returned to us that we deem to have been worn, or that cannot be sold in its current condition, will not receive credit and the customer is responsible for any postage required to reclaim the item. This includes but is not limited to items with stains and odors.
Shoes, boots, garters and garter belts and outer clothing items such as separate tops, and robes that do not have matching panties can be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn and are in saleable condition with tags still attached, and in original packaging.
Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item: We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or store credits on any items that have been worn, washed, altered or abused. Your refund will be credited to the card used to make your original purchase, or if you paid with a check, a refund will be issued to you within 10 business days. Your exchange will be sent to you within 10 - 14 business days depending upon stock availability.
